CANCELATIONS AND REPLACEMENTS

We hope you love your Skindulge products; however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Kindly read the cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your order/s please write to our customer support team on info@skindulge.in
Kindly note that the order can be cancelled only before it is shipped. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and if the order is prepaid, then the refund shall be processed by us within 15 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Inventory:
Skindulge takes care in ensuring that our stocks are of top quality and in good condition. Utmost care is taken to stock up the inventory. However, all products are subject to availability. There can be seasonal shortages, shortage during sale period or in case the products are out of stock then in such case these products cannot be supplied within 45 working days.
Skindulge may temporarily restrict or withdraw products from sale and this will apply even after placing an order. In such cases where a complete order cannot be fulfilled, Skindulge will inform the buyer who will be given alternative options.
Return Policy:
If you wish to return all or part of your order, kindly email us at info@skindulge.in with the order number and images of the damaged/incorrect product within 7 days of receipt of the product. Returns will only be accepted for products that are-
- Incomplete order or missing order; or
- Expired Product was delivered; or
- In case an incorrect product was shipped.
Returns will not be accepted if the product:
- Has been used and/or the seal has been broken;
- The serial number of the product has been tampered with;
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery; or
- The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on used products/ merchandise. On receipt of the returned product, Skindulge will inspect the same and validate the claim.
The damage occurred to products in transit should be evident in the photos, and acceptance of the same is subject to final approval.
Refund / Replacement Policy:
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Please be noted that the replacement is subject to stock availability.
The refund will be processed within 15 working days incase of returns. The money will be refunded after the product has been received at our warehouse and post completion of the quality check. Please note this entire process takes upto 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
Please note that in case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
Skindulge reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product.
