HOW DOES SKINDULGE PROCEED ONCE YOU PLACE THE ORDER?

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the order placed by yourself. We dispatch most of the orders within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from our warehouse. Please be noted that the dispatch can be delayed in case of natural calamities, riots, war, Act of God, pandemic, or any restrictions imposed by the government at that time.

The product(s) are inspected for any damage or defect prior packing and then it is handed over to our delivery partner(s)- Shiprocket.

Our delivery partners will deliver your order as early as possible. In most of the cases, our delivery partner would take upto 7 business working days to deliver the product(s). In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Incase you don’t answer, the delivery agent will attempt to deliver the order on the next working day. If on the next working day, the delivery agent is unable to deliver to you, then your order will be returned to us and your order stands cancelled.

Please be noted that the delivery of the order could be delayed in case of natural calamities, riots, war, Act of God, pandemic, or any restrictions imposed by the government at that time.

There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 700. However, if your order is less than INR 700, there will be a shipping charge of INR 75. 

*For North Eastern Region Shipping Charges will be INR 100 if your order value is less than INR 700.

At the moment, we only ship in India.
